What You Will Do:

We are looking for consultants to join our team and help utilities and energy companies navigate the changing landscape of the industry. Our goal is to provide cleaner fuel supply, increased reliability, improved resilience, and more control over energy costs for customers. As a consultant, you will work with project teams both on-site with clients and internally.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Contributing to problem-solving to achieve positive outcomes for clients
• Analyzing data, conducting technical reviews, and economic modeling
• Evaluating energy efficiency and renewable energy technologies
• Modeling building and technology energy simulations
• Collecting data on energy systems in buildings and industrial processes
• Conducting market research and policy analysis
• Preparing reports, presentations, and other client deliverables
• Developing technology strategies for utilities, government, and energy companies
• Communicating solutions and strategies to clients and stakeholders

What You Will Need:

• No prior experience required
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited degree program in 2023 and graduate by Summer of 2024
• Must be authorized to work in the country
• No sponsorship available for this position

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Preferred degrees/majors: Engineering, Data Science, Public Policy, Sustainability, Economics, or related disciplines
• Strong interest in the Energy Industry and/or Sustainability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Knowledge of programming languages such as R, Python, SQL, SPSS, etc.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Ability to visualize and analyze data
• Enthusiasm for exploring the underlying causes of observations/results
