Job Title: Target On-Demand Team Member - Guest Advocate

Location: 600 Amherst St, Nashua, New Hampshire, United States, 03063-1002

Starting Hourly Rate: $17.00 USD per hour

As an On-Demand Team Member, you have the flexibility to work as much or as little as you like. You can create your own schedule by picking up shifts that work best for you. We require active engagement and responsiveness to our communication attempts.

If you don't work at least one shift within 6 months, your employment may be administratively terminated. We provide training and support to ensure you are prepared for your role.

All About Service & Engagement:

As a Guest Advocate, your role is to provide excellent guest experiences. You will welcome guests, solve concerns, and make their shopping experience seamless. Some of your responsibilities may include:

• Creating a welcoming experience for all guests
• Engaging with guests and understanding their specific needs
• Being knowledgeable about our products and services to assist guests
• Thanking guests and making sure they feel valued
• Assisting with various services like order pick-up and drive-up
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
