Hair Stylist/Barber Qualifications:

• Holding a valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (specific licensing requirements vary by state/province)
• The ability to build genuine connections with customers and deliver AMAZING haircuts
• A desire to provide a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don't worry, we offer training)
• The capability to work collaboratively with teammates to foster a supportive and positive salon environment
