We invite individuals from all walks of life, including the elderly, refugees, people with visible and invisible disabilities, LGBTQIA+ individuals, veterans, and everyone else, to apply for the following position: Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business compliance with laws, regulations, and policy requirements - Utilize issue management processes and project management methodology to improve productivity, technology, processes, cost savings, and controls - Support various areas of the business and engage with senior leaders, Legal, Risk, and Compliance on complex matters - Build relationships and understand business needs, implementing solutions for improved effectiveness and results - Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and respect - Analyze and resolve escalated problems and act as a liaison with internal and external clients - Stay updated on industry advancements to enhance department operations and evaluate cost/benefit options - Provide judgment and guidance in complicated situations, impacting the area and ensuring risk prevention - Act as a consultant to businesses regarding processes and controls - Drive corrective actions and support business activity owners and Third Party Risk and Control functions - Complete compliance documentation and onboarding activities related to compliance due diligence - Work with limited supervision, exercising independence and acting as a subject matter expert - Ensure compliance with laws, rules, and regulations, and prioritize the firm's reputation and protection of clients and assets Qualifications: - 5-8 years of control and/or project experience - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality - Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills - Effective planning and organizational abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Sound business decision-making skills - Experience in implementing processes for improved performance - Ability to present ideas convincingly and listen to others' perspectives Education: - Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience Job Details: - Job Family Group: Compliance and Control - Job Family: Business Control - Time Type: Full time - Primary Location: Meridian, Idaho, United States - Salary Range: $71,730.00 - $107,600.00 Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
