ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND: As an On-Demand Team Member at Target, you have the flexibility to work as much or as little as you want. Your schedule may vary based on shift availability and store needs. This role is perfect for those who prefer a personalized work schedule. As an On-Demand Team Member, you will have the opportunity to create your own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or other team members through our myTime mobile scheduling app. We require active engagement from our On-Demand Team Members. This means picking up and working shifts as well as responding to our contact attempts. Throughout the year, we will reach out to you via your provided contact information to confirm your availability and interest in working shifts at Target. Failure to respond to our communication attempts may result in the termination of your employment with Target. Regular attendance is necessary, and you must work at least one shift within 6 months to maintain your position. If selected as an On-Demand Team Member, you will attend a Target Welcome orientation and a short-term structured training schedule to ensure you are prepared for your new role. After that, you can use the myTime mobile scheduling app to choose the shifts you want to work. ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT: As a Guest Advocate at Target, your role is to create a welcoming and inclusive experience for our guests. You will exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery. This includes providing both physical and digital services and solutions. You will be knowledgeable about our products and offerings to improve the guest experience and promote guest loyalty. Your ability to communicate, solve problems, and adapt to different situations is crucial in this role.
