About the Role:
As a Style Consultant, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming shopping experience for our guests. Your passion for strong operations and fashion will bring the energy of style to life through compelling in-store presentations. You will assist guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room, ensuring the floor is stocked with the right product, accurately priced, and signed. Your areas of responsibility will include A&A, Home and Seasonal.

- Skills to maintain a sales floor that meets guest needs, including setting, filling, and pricing products according to guest preferences.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with genuine warmth and provide a hospitable experience.
- Quickly assess whether guests need assistance or want to interact based on their body language and verbal cues.
- Stay informed about key metrics, sales goals, inventory levels, and guest traffic to provide exceptional service.
- Ensure the sales floor is fully stocked, organized, and easy to navigate.
- Stay up-to-date on trends, brand guides, and visual standards to create an inviting shopping environment.
- Use the fitting rooms to offer personalized recommendations and complete guests' looks.
- Be knowledgeable about products, tools, and services to enhance the guest experience and address their needs.
- Prioritize daily workload based on business and guest needs while minimizing disruption.
- Support product assortment changes and maintain inspiring brand spaces throughout the year.
- Maintain accurate signage and execute revisions, sales plans, and planograms in designated categories.
- Perform inventory tasks, including RFID scans in select areas, backroom fills, and maintaining organization.
- Assist guests as a backup cashier, order pick-up (OPU), or drive-up (DU) team member.
- Embrace a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.

- Ability to handle cash register operations accurately.
- Able to climb ladders and lift/move merchandise up to 15-40 pounds.
