    ** Job Title : Clean Energy Programs Consultant**

    What You Will Do:

    As a Clean Energy Programs Consultant at Guidehouse, you will be part of a team that provides comprehensive and customer-centric solutions for clean energy programs. Your role will involve helping clients identify market opportunities and build sustainable energy programs. You will contribute to designing and delivering transformational programs, evaluating their impact, and continuously improving the program experience for customers.

    Your key responsibilities may include:

    • Analyze market data to understand how utility customers interact with energy-related technologies and programs.
    • Perform complex technical and economic analyses, create spreadsheets, and manage tasks/projects.
    • Develop visually compelling insights and recommendations that are centered around customer needs.
    • Collaborate with market and solution teams to contribute to go-to-market offerings.
    • Communicate strategies and solutions to clients through comprehensive reports and presentations.
    • Participate in team meetings and communication threads to provide updates and address issues.
    • Collaborate with team leadership to keep them informed of project progress and important developments.
    • Demonstrate exemplary leadership behavior and contribute to creating an inclusive and diverse work environment.

    What You Will Need:

    • No minimum years of experience required.
    • Currently enrolled in an accredited degree program with graduation expected by Summer of 2024.
    • Authorized to work in the country.
    • No sponsorship available for this position.

    What Would Be Nice To Have:

    • Open to all majors.
    • Interest and/or experience in clean energy and sustainability.
    • Experience conducting primary and secondary research.
    • Knowledgeable in project management life cycle.
    • Proficiency with data analytics in Microsoft Excel.
    • Experience working in teams and producing high-impact work products in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills.
    • Attention to detail and a desire for continuous improvement.

    The annual salary range for this position is $54,500.00-$98,200.00.
