As an On-Demand TM (Team Member), you can create your own flexible work schedule. You have the opportunity to pick up shifts that align with your availability and the store's needs. This role is perfect for those seeking a personalized work schedule.

• You won't be included in the posted weekly schedule, but can pick up shifts posted by leaders or other team members using the myTime mobile scheduling app.
• You must actively engage by picking up shifts and responding to our contact attempts.
• We will reach out to you throughout the year to confirm your availability and interest in working shifts. Failure to respond may result in termination of employment.
• Regular attendance is necessary, and you must work at least one shift within 6 months to maintain employment.
• If offered a position, you will attend a Target Welcome orientation and undergo short-term structured training to prepare for your role.

ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT

As a Guest Advocate, you play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and inclusive guest experience. You will exceed guest service expectations and provide assistance in both physical and digital services. We value your ability to communicate effectively, problem-solve, and promote our offerings and services.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting and authenticating engaging with guests.
• Understand and address guests' specific needs by being knowledgeable about our products and services.
• Ensure a seamless checkout process and promote the benefits of the Target RedCard.
• Assist guests with various services like order pick-up, drive-up, and registry.
• Maintain a clean work area and follow safety policies and procedures.
• Support guest services and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
