Job Description As a member of our team, you will provide various services to assist patients and their families, including psychosocial assessments, crisis intervention, social work consultation, referrals, short-term crisis counseling, and complex discharge planning. You will also work closely with the Utilization Management team and provide field instruction for Rutgers University School of Social Work. Additionally, you will supervise BA/BSW staff members, and LCSW's will provide clinical supervision to LSW staff, as assigned by the Director of Utilization Management. Experience Required - 1-2 years of experience in healthcare settings Education Requirements - Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) License/Certification Requirements - Current NJ SW License (NEW JERSEY SOCIAL WORKER) - LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) is preferred Special Requirements - Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM - License (or Certification): NJ-LCSW Preferred - License (or Certification): NJ-LSW Preferred - Education: MSW Required If you are interested in joining our team and making a difference in the lives of our patients and their families, please fill out the form below.
