Job Description As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in implementing, enhancing, and upgrading our systems to provide the best possible healthcare experience. Here are some key responsibilities: General: - Implement new systems and enhance existing ones. - Analyze and diagnose system and process issues. - Act as a subject matter expert when working on project teams. - Ensure changes follow proper change management procedures. - Educate cross-functional teams and clients on system functionality to improve user productivity. - Meet project deadlines consistently and go the extra mile to ensure success. Support: - Serve as a liaison between end users, subject matter experts, and technical support. - Provide 24/7 on-call support. - Monitor system queues, event logs, and perform necessary maintenance. - Monitor interfaces with external systems. - Create ad hoc reports as per user requirements. - Quality assurance and triage ticket handling. Testing: - Develop, plan, and execute testing for supported applications. - Create and maintain test scripts for installations, projects, and system updates. Documentation: - Maintain support documentation, service desk routing, and knowledge base entries. - Communicate all necessary application changes, enhancements, and procedures to internal departments. - Document and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards. Scope, Purpose, and Frequency of Contacts: - Frequent interaction with IT staff, end-users, and healthcare professionals. Experience Required - At least 3-5 years of relevant experience. Education Requirements - Bachelor's degree preferred. - 5 years of relevant application business experience required if no Bachelor's degree.
