    Job Description

    ** Job Title: Business Risk Senior Group Manager**

    About the Role:

    The Business Risk Senior Group Manager is responsible for managing multiple teams through other managers. They play a crucial role in contributing to the commercial objectives of the business. They should have a good understanding of the industry, competitors' products and services, and possess strategic thinking and practical expertise. This role requires excellent communication skills, both internally and externally, and involves executing functional strategy, budgeting, planning, and policy formulation. The Business Risk Senior Group Manager is accountable for the end results, managing people, budget, and planning.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the evaluation of risks associated with new and existing business products and drive necessary changes.
    • Monitor industry trends and effectively communicate Citi's position to Senior Management.
    • Identify new tools, vendors, and capabilities to mitigate current and emerging risks.
    • Collaborate with Policy, Operations and other business partners to optimize control needs.
    • Prioritize risk assessment and decision-making that protects Citigroup's reputation and safeguards clients and assets.
    • Provide strategic leadership in identifying and managing risks inherent in the business.
    • Manage regional audits, regulatory examinations, and corrective action plans.
    • Engage with control functions to implement policy change initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    • A minimum of 15 years' experience in financial services, including managerial and analytical roles.
    • Proven ability to lead teams and work effectively in a complex environment.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills, both internally and externally.
    • Excellent analytical skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
    • Ability to build and maintain internal relationships.
    • Expertise in operational risk management, best practices, and compliance programs.
    • Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree.
