To qualify as a Hair Stylist/Barber, you should have:

• A Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements may vary by state/province)
• A passion for building genuine connections with customers and providing excellent haircuts
• The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don't worry, we provide training)
• The ability to work collaboratively with your team to create a supportive and positive salon atmosphere
