Job Title: Reverse Logistics Expert

Starting Hourly Rate: $16.50 USD

We are currently hiring for the role of Reverse Logistics Expert. As part of the General Merchandise team, you will be responsible for ensuring product availability and accuracy on the sales floor, as well as providing a great guest experience. This includes leading inbound and outbound processes, inventory management, and working with our Food & Beverage team to provide a fresh and safe experience.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests, paying attention to their individual needs
• Be knowledgeable about the products and services in your area of expertise
• Process store transfers and deliveries to ensure inventory accuracy
• Handle outbound shipments and follow all relevant regulations
• Manage environmentally sensitive items in compliance with laws
• Process returns and handle damaged/defective items
• Ensure all paperwork and documentation is accurately maintained
• Follow safety policies and best practices to create a safe working environment
• Support guest services such as cashier duties and order pick up
• Perform other duties as required

• Positive and energetic attitude, working well in a team
• No previous experience required, but previous receiving or reverse logistics experience is preferred
• Ability to adapt to technology and learn new processes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
