Job Opportunity: Guest Advocate at Target

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and authentically greet all guests, observing their needs and tailoring your approach accordingly
• Assist guests with questions, providing them with the necessary information about our products and services
• Scan and bag items efficiently and following food safety standards
• Inform guests about current and upcoming brand launches, store activities, and events
• Promote the benefits of the Target RedCard and assist guests with the application process
• Support guests in using the Target App and other digital features and services
• Resolve any guest concerns or issues, making every effort to guarantee their satisfaction
• Provide excellent service to guests in Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry areas
• Maintain a clean work area and stock supplies
• Prioritize safety and comply with all safety policies and best practices
• Assist with order pick up and drive-up services while adhering to relevant laws and regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to handle cash register operations accurately
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift and move merchandise up to 15-40 pounds
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
