Job Position: Guest Advocate (On-Demand)

As an On-Demand Guest Advocate, you will have the flexibility to choose your work schedule based on your availability and our store needs. This role is ideal for individuals who prefer a personalized work schedule and are willing to actively engage in picking up and working shifts.

Your responsibilities as a Guest Advocate include:

• Providing exceptional service to all guests, exceeding their expectations and making their shopping experience enjoyable
• Being knowledgeable about the products, services, and offerings available in the store and guiding guests accordingly
• Assisting guests with their specific needs and concerns, utilizing problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests, adapting to different interactions and situations
• Promoting and selling various benefits, offerings, and services to enhance the guest experience
• Scanning and bagging items accurately and efficiently, following safety and company guidelines
• Supporting services such as Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry, ensuring seamless and hassle-free service
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area, restocking supplies, and complying with safety protocols

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds
• A welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and fellow team members
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to educate guests about products and services and sell them to enhance their experience
• Ability to adapt to evolving technology and learn new skills
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
