Laventure, Inc. operates 10 Great Clips salons in Central Ohio and we offer competitive pay with a range of $20-$30+ per hour, including tips and bonus incentives. Qualifications for Hair Stylists/Barbers:

• Cosmetology and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
• A genuine passion for building connections with customers and creating great haircuts
• A desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don't worry, we provide training)
• The ability to work well with your salon teammates to create a supportive and positive atmosphere
