Job Title: Warehouse Worker

• Hourly Wage: $19.30 - $21.30 per hour, depending on shift

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

• Hourly Wage: $16.80 - $18.80 per hour, depending on shift

*Includes hourly rate plus shift differential pay or key premium pay.

Please note that wages increase approximately every 6 months for 36 months.

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow safety policies and procedures for a safe working environment
• Attend safety trainings to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse
• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and customers
• Ensure accurate processing of merchandise
• Handle freight and move inventory efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Report on time and complete job tasks as assigned
• Engage in problem-solving to support continuous improvement
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently or in a team

Please note that job duties may change based on business needs.

Job Requirements:

• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs. frequently and up to 60 lbs. occasionally
• Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• Positive and respectful attitude while working independently or in a team
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
• Able to read labels, tickets, and other product documentation
• Basic computer skills after training
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Must be able to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency

Additional Requirements:

Warehouse Worker:

• Able to be trained on and operate all powered equipment safely
• Able to work at heights of up to 40ft where applicable

Food Distribution Center:

• Able to work in various temperature-controlled environments including refrigerator and freezer
