About the Role The Clinical Nurse (CRN) plays a leadership role in the three spheres of impact: patient/client care, nursing practice, and organizational/system improvement. As a part of the nursing leadership team, the CRN contributes to providing top-quality care. This role is eligible for TN sponsorship, and individuals with F1 status eligible for post-completion OPT can apply. Please note that this role is not eligible for participation in the F-1 STEM OPT extension program. Successful sponsorship will require state licensure and completion of the VisaScreen or equivalent certification. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in nursing - Three years of successful work experience in nursing - Current RN license by applicable state requirements (may require an RN license in multiple states) - Maintains current Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers certification - Additional specialty certification/training as required Please note that the CRN will have up to five years to complete their CNS education and certification and APRN license, according to individual state requirements. Working Conditions and Benefits - Exemption Status: Exempt - Compensation: Hourly equivalent of $41.90 - $62.87 - Benefits Eligible: Yes - Schedule: Full Time - Hours/Pay Period: 64-80 - Schedule Details: Monday-Friday business hours from 8 AM-5 PM - Weekend Schedule: Rarely, based on the needs of the practice - International Assignment: No Locations Mayo Clinic has multiple locations, including major campuses in Phoenix/Scottsdale, Arizona, Jacksonville, Florida, Rochester, Minnesota, and Mayo Clinic Health System campuses in Midwestern communities, as well as international locations.
