Job Opportunity: Retail Style Consultant

Starting Hourly Rate: $15.00 USD per hour

We are currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Style Consultants. In this role, you will contribute to providing an incredible guest experience in our stores, bringing the energy of style to life through engaging presentations and exceptional customer service. As a Style Consultant, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in people's lives every day.

Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment by greeting and assisting guests
• Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing for a seamless shopping experience
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide personalized recommendations
• Utilize store tools to understand sales goals, inventory levels, and customer shopping patterns
• Support changes to product assortment and maintain visual merchandising standards
• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving guest inquiries and offering alternative options
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and ensure a smooth workflow
• Conduct price changes, inventory audits, and backroom organization
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment at all times

Requirements:

• Passion for apparel products and accessories
• Friendly and helpful attitude towards guests and team members
• Ability to adapt to changing technology and communication tools
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Problem-solving skills to address guest inquiries promptly
• Must be able to handle cash register operations and climb ladders
• Must be able to lift and move merchandise, up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 40 pounds occasionally
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
