ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND: - As an On-Demand TM, you can choose your own schedule and work as much or as little as you like. - Your schedule will depend on shift availability and store needs. - This role is perfect for those seeking a personalized work schedule. As an On-Demand TM: - You won't be included on the posted weekly schedule. - You'll have the opportunity to create your own schedule by picking up shifts that fit your availability via our myTime mobile scheduling app. - Your active engagement is required, including picking up and working shifts, and responding to our contact attempts. - If we don't receive a response from you, your employment with Target will be terminated. - Regular attendance is necessary, and you must work at least one shift within 6 months to avoid termination. - You must be flexible with your availability to meet our business demands. ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT: - Guest Advocate role focuses on providing exceptional guest experiences. - Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations. - Knowledgeable about both physical and digital services and solutions. - Empower guests by making shopping effortless and seamless. As a Guest Advocate, your responsibilities may include: - Prioritizing the guest service experience by delivering excellent service. - Creating a welcoming experience by greeting all guests authentically. - Observing and understanding guest needs through body language and verbal cues. - Engaging with guests to better understand their specific needs. - Solving issues and improving guest experience by utilizing tools, products, and services. - Promoting benefits, offerings, and services to guests. - Scanning, bagging, and ensuring food safety standards and company best practices. - Minimizing guest wait time while maintaining accuracy and guest service. - Informing guests about brand launches, store activities, and events. - Assisting guests with applying for Target RedCard and other services. - Demonstrating how to use Wallet and Target App features and offerings. - Handling returns and resolving any negative situations. - Providing seamless service to Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests. - Maintaining a clean work area and stocking supplies. - Ensuring adherence to ethical conduct, safety, and compliance. - Supporting guest services such as order pick up and drive up, while maintaining compliance with laws. - Performing other duties as needed.
