What you'll be doing:

• Delivering parts to our customers and building strong relationships with them
• Picking up parts from vendors and accurately stocking inventory in the stock room
• Ensuring safety while driving and delivering our parts
• Representing the NAPA brand and promoting positive customer interactions during deliveries
• Building long-term relationships with the customers you serve
• Maintaining the store delivery truck by following safety checklists, keeping it clean, and performing basic maintenance tasks

What you'll need:

• Ability to reach and bend to access shelves and lift up to 60 lbs of merchandise
• Accurate handling of cash transactions and returns
• Keeping track of deliveries and pickups with a distribution log or tracking system
• Ensuring the protection and maintenance of company assets, merchandise, vehicles, and buildings
• Good communication and listening skills
• Navigating through the metropolitan area using maps and directions
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A valid Driver's License
