In this role, you will evaluate, assess, and treat patients in both hospital and outpatient settings. You will also oversee the work of physical therapist assistants, aides, and front desk staff. Effective communication with patients, families, and the healthcare team is essential. Experience Requirements While 1-2 years of experience is preferred, it is not required. We welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds and levels of experience. Education Requirements To qualify for this position, you must have a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program. License/Certification Requirements A current NJ-PT (New Jersey Physical Therapist) License is required. Additionally, certification in CPR by the American Heart Association is necessary to ensure patients' safety.
