    ** What You Will Do :**

    We are looking for a SailPoint Developer to join our team. Your role will involve supporting our clients by developing and customizing a SailPoint IIQ environment. You will be responsible for using JavaBean and following an Agile approach to develop new functionality, as well as troubleshooting and enhancing the existing solution. This position is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental United States.

    ** What You Will Need :**

    • At least seven years of experience developing in languages such as Java, with a minimum of three years of JavaBean development experience
    • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, systems engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
    • U.S. citizenship
    • Ability to design, code, test, debug, maintain, and document software applications
    • Familiarity with project management and software development tools such as GitHub, Jira, and Confluence
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with other team members
    • Strong communication skills and ability to understand and implement client requirements

    ** What Would Be Nice To Have :**

    • Broad knowledge of information system technologies
    • Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles
    • Experience with SailPoint IIQ, including features, integration, and architecture
    • Ability to communicate about SailPoint and IAM implementation at both functional and technical levels
    • Experience maintaining documentation for an IAM solution and related tools
    • Ability to anticipate future needs for IAM services
