    As a new CRA, you'll receive support and guidance from leaders, coaches, mentors, and experienced CRAs over the first 18 months of your career. Your journey will include:

    • Preparation to become a FINRA Registered Representative, with Fidelity covering the cost of your Series 7 and 63 licenses
