    What You Will Do :

    Guidehouse is looking for a business analyst to support a global health initiative for our client at the Department of State. In this role, you will gather and analyze requirements for software solutions, assist with project management tasks, and potentially lead certain areas of project management. You will play a crucial role in change management, systems deployment, and data analysis. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and experience with Agile methodologies and enterprise portfolio systems are key. This role is based at the Department of State and is an important part of the Systems Delivery team.

    What You Will Need :

    • US Citizenship and a Moderate Risk Public Trust required
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • At least four (4) years of experience

    What Would Be Nice To Have :

    • An ACTIVE and CURRENT SECRET federal security clearance
    • Experience in a global health/international development setting, especially U.S. Department of State/USAID
    • IT project management and requirements management/analysis experience
    • Data analysis, testing, and validation skills
    • Business process analysis and change management experience
    • Training & communications support experience, especially for a global audience
    • CAPM/PMP certification
    • Ability to work in an Agile environment and deliver projects on time and within budget
    • Experience with IT project management software like Atlassian (Confluence and Jira), Microsoft Project, etc.
    • Proficiency in creating training materials and presentations using PowerPoint
    • Ability to write clearly and concisely for a wide audience
    • Strong collaboration and task management skills
    • Experience with client engagement, requirements gathering, and translating needs into requirements
    • Research and data gathering skills with ability to present results in client-ready deliverables
    • Experience working with technical teams, conducting user acceptance testing, and removing blocking issues
    • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to solve complex problems
