    Job Description

    JOB OPPORTUNITY: Capital Projects & Infrastructure Consulting, Management Consulting, Sustainability Consulting ABOUT THE POSITION: - You will have the chance to work on projects that address significant business challenges for our clients. - Support our teams in transforming clients' business processes, systems, and internal controls. - Improve efficiency of operations, transparency, performance management, and compliance with laws and regulations. - Opportunity to work independently or in a team with self-motivated individuals. - Interact with clients' senior management and enhance skills in technical competency, business development, client service, and people development. - Support the development of client deliverables, presentations, project logistics, and other related tasks. - Opportunity to serve clients in areas such as grants management, construction management, and housing assessments. REQUIREMENTS: - No prior experience needed. - Must be enrolled in an accredited degree program in 2023 and graduate by Summer of 2024. - Must be currently authorized to work in the country. - No sponsorship available for this position. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Preferred degrees/majors: Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Public Policy, Construction Management, Grants Management, Housing, Public Administration. - Desire to support public sector clients focused on Disaster Recovery, Capital Projects and Infrastructure, and Housing. - 1+ years of consulting experience. - Knowledge of project management principles. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. - Analytical and problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with economic and financial analysis and research. - Proactive and independent work style. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong conceptual, quantitative, and qualitative analytical skills.
