Position: Billing-Contract Analyst II
We are looking for a curious, motivated, and forward-thinking individual to join our team at FIS. As a Billing-Contract Analyst II, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products and services are properly invoiced. In this client-focused role, you will be responsible for communicating with our external clients and internal teams to address any invoicing or billing-related inquiries.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to our external clients
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
- Document, track, and resolve client inquiries using our ticketing system
- Utilize analytical and listening skills to understand client questions or issues
- Gather relevant information to help resolve client inquiries
- Collaborate with Billing and other internal teams to address client inquiries
- Prioritize and escalate unresolved requests to minimize client escalations
- Analyze data to provide comprehensive and accurate responses to clients
- Identify patterns and trends for potential challenges or system issues
- Review contracts and invoices in detail as needed
- Provide support for third party vendor portals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities
- Process oriented and eager to contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Flexible, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Enthusiastic team player with a results-oriented mindset
- Self-motivated to learn and develop knowledge of our products and services
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
