Position Overview: L3Harris, Broadband Communications Systems is looking for a Software Engineer to develop software applications that can replicate real-world scenarios to ensure our equipment meets end-user requirements. Essential Responsibilities: - Write test plans, test descriptions, and test reports, and execute tests while logging defects. - Develop simulators, emulators, and automated scripts for testing purposes. - Conduct testing at a system level on hardware using user interfaces, rather than at a lower component or unit level. - Collaborate with systems engineers to integrate on various hardware platforms and work closely with software and hardware engineers to identify issues. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
