NAPA Auto Parts is looking for a friendly and hard-working Paint Specialist to join our team of Auto Parts professionals. This is a great opportunity for people who enjoy helping customers and working together as a team. As a NAPA Paint Specialist, you will play an important role in our store.

Responsibilities

• Preparing paint with precision
• Assisting customers with questions about auto body and finish
• Sharing knowledge about features, benefits, and warranty of auto parts
• Supporting team members in our busy retail stores
• Using a cash register, computer, and paper catalog systems

Qualifications

• Experience in paint or body shops
• Automotive knowledge and/or experience
• ASE (P2) Parts Certification is a plus
• Positive attitude and passion for providing great customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to learn and receive training
• Ability to work and enjoy a fast-paced retail environment
• Knowledge of Cataloging and/or Inventory Management Systems is a plus
• Availability to work on weekends is a must
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
