You will provide leadership to your team and address any quality of care concerns. Additionally, you will be responsible for staff development and performance management. Monitoring compliance and assisting with budget planning will also be part of your role. Your dedication to documentation and collaboration will contribute to the success of our department. You will also play a vital role in discharge planning and patient assignment coordination.
