If you are looking for a flexible work schedule, our On-Demand Team Member role might be right for you. As an On-Demand Team Member, you can work as much or as little as you like, picking up shifts that fit your schedule through our myTime mobile scheduling app.

To ensure success in this role, we ask for your active engagement in picking up and working shifts, as well as responding to our attempts at contact. Regular attendance is necessary, and you must work at least one shift within 6 months to maintain your employment with Target.

As a Small Format Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store is stocked, organized, and providing exceptional guest service. Some of your responsibilities may include:

• Greeting and engaging with guests in a friendly and authentic manner
• Assisting guests and addressing their needs
• Maintaining a well-stocked sales floor by stocking and organizing products
• Completing price changes and ensuring accurate signage
• Conducting inventory management tasks
• Supporting guest services such as cashiering and order pick-up

• Ability to learn and adapt to new technology
• Capability to work independently or as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to safely handle cash register operations and merchandise
• Physical ability to climb ladders and lift/move items up to 40 pounds
