About the On-Demand TM Role:

As an On-Demand TM, you can work as much or as little as you like. Your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is perfect for those who prefer a personalized work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you will have the opportunity to create your own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or other team members. You will use our myTime mobile scheduling app to select shifts that fit your availability.

Your active engagement is important. This includes picking up and working shifts and responding to our attempts to contact you. Regular attendance is necessary, and you must work at least one shift within 6 months to maintain your employment with Target.

Once hired as an On-Demand TM, you will attend a Target Welcome orientation and participate in a short-term structured training to ensure you are prepared for your new role. After that, you can use the myTime mobile scheduling app to pick up the shifts you want to work.

About the Service & Engagement:

As a Guest Advocate at Target, you will be an advocate of guest experience. Your role is to welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations. You will focus on guest interaction and recovery, and be knowledgeable about both physical and digital services and solutions.

In this role, you can expect to:

• Communicate and interact with guests to provide an inclusive guest experience
• Solve problems and make decisions that positively impact the guest experience
• Adapt to different guest interactions and situations
• Promote and sell various benefits, offerings, and services
• Perform other duties based on business needs
