About the On-Demand Team Member Role:

If you're looking for a personalized work schedule, the On-Demand Team Member role is perfect for you. You can work as much or as little as you like, depending on shift availability and store needs. Instead of being included in the posted weekly schedule, you'll have the opportunity to create your own schedule by picking up shifts that align with your availability through our myTime mobile scheduling app. We expect active engagement and response to our communication attempts.

All About Service & Engagement:

As a Guest Advocate, you'll play a crucial role in creating an inclusive and seamless guest experience. You will welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations, both in-person and digitally. Your responsibilities will include assisting guests, problem-solving, promoting services and benefits, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our guests.

What We're Looking For:

• Effective communication skills with a focus on guest needs
• A welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Willingness to educate guests and sell products/services
• Adaptability to evolving technology needs
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Additional Expectations:

• Accurate handling of cash register operations and transactions
• Efficient and safe movement of merchandise, including lifting up to 15 pounds
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Active engagement as an on-demand Team Member, picking up and working shifts through the myTime mobile app, and response to our communication attempts
• At least one shift worked within 6 months to maintain employment
