Starting Hourly Rate: $18.75 USD

ON DEMAND

As an On-Demand TM at Target, you can create your own personalized work schedule. You will have the opportunity to pick up shifts that work best with your availability, through our myTime mobile scheduling app.

We will contact you throughout the year to confirm your interest and availability. Regular attendance and working at least one shift within 6 months are necessary to maintain your employment.

As a Guest Advocate, you will:

• Interact with guests to create an inclusive experience
• Solve guest concerns and make decisions to improve their experience
• Be adaptable in different guest interactions and situations
• Promote and sell benefits, offerings, and services

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Handle cash register operations and transactions accurately
• Move and handle merchandise efficiently and safely
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Pick up and work shifts as an on-demand TM (via myTime mobile App) and respond to our contact attempts
