About the Role

The Distribution Service Associate plays a crucial role in Safelite's supply chain. They ensure smooth operations in our distribution centers and warehouses, handling tasks such as warehouse billing, order processing, and documentation.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and process orders, such as One Click and FedEx orders
• Create transfer orders and release shipments to customer locations
• Assist customers with order status updates and handle billing
• Complete documentation and reports on distribution center operations
• Flexibly support other departments like shipping and receiving
• Perform other assigned duties

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent
• Valid state-issued driver’s license
• At least 1 year of experience in distribution center or warehouse operations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a passion for customer service
• Intermediate technical skills with Microsoft Office and logistics/DC tools
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and wear personal protective equipment
• Physical requirements: ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs., work at elevated heights, and remain on your feet for extended periods
