Pay Range: $19.23 - $34.62 per hour

About the Role

As a Senior Folder Operator, your main responsibility will be to set up and operate folding equipment. You will ensure jobs are completed correctly and on time, maintain quality standards, and keep a clean and safe work area. Your duties include:

• Setting up and following job instructions
• Maintaining quality standards
• Entering production data accurately into our system
• Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Training other team members
• Providing feedback to improve production
• Supporting other work areas as needed
• Supervising a small crew

About You

• High school diploma or GED
• Quality conscious
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts and stand for long periods of time
• Minimum 5 years of experience operating folding equipment
