We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences. As a Guest Advocate, you will welcome guests, exceed their service expectations, and assist them both in-store and digitally. You will have the opportunity to make shopping effortless and enjoyable for our guests, whether they are at the checklanes, guest services, gift registry, or using our pick-up and drive-up services.

What you can expect as a Guest Advocate:

• Creating an inclusive and welcoming guest experience through communication and interaction
• Solving problems and making decisions that positively impact the guest experience
• Adapting to different guest interactions and situations
• Promoting and selling various benefits, offerings, and services

Responsibilities as a Guest Advocate:

• Deliver exceptional guest service by authentically greeting, understanding, and assisting guests
• Scan and bag items efficiently and maintain food safety standards
• Inform guests about current and upcoming brand launches, store activities, and events
• Promote and assist guests with applying for the Target RedCard and using the Target App
• Familiarize guests with fulfillment services and help them enroll and use them
• Handle returns and resolve any negative situations according to Target's policies
• Provide seamless service to Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety policies and comply with all regulations
• Support guest services like order pick up and drive-up and ensure compliance with local laws
• Perform other duties as needed
