Job Description:

We are looking for a creative problem solver to join our Planning team as a Senior Merchandise Planner. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financials and forecasting for one of Target's businesses. You will analyze performance reports, collaborate on assortment planning, and recommend localization and channel strategies. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and vendors to optimize assortments and support the divisional strategy.

About You:

• You have a four-year degree or equivalent experience
• You have 6-10 years of relevant experience, including 4+ years in Merchandising
• You have strong strategic, financial, and analytical skills
• You are a strong collaborator and can work well with cross-functional teams
• You are flexible, resilient, and comfortable with constant change

Work Arrangement:

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target's needs. This means you may need to perform your core role both onsite at the Target HQ MN location and virtually, depending on the requirements of your role, team, and tasks. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
