About On-Demand Role

As an On-Demand team member, you have the flexibility to work as much or as little as you like, depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for individuals seeking a personalized work schedule. You will have the freedom to create your own schedule by picking up shifts that fit your availability through our myTime mobile scheduling app.

In order to succeed in this role, active engagement in picking up and working shifts, as well as responding to our communication attempts, is required. Regular attendance is necessary, and you must work at least one shift within 6 months to maintain employment.

If offered a position, you will participate in a Target Welcome orientation and a short-term structured training schedule to ensure you are prepared for your role as a Guest Advocate.

Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting and assisting guests
• Proactively engage with guests and understand their specific needs
• Promote and sell various benefits, offerings, and services
• Assist guests with returns and resolve any concerns
• Ensure checkout areas are clean and organized
• Provide easy and seamless service to guests using Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry services
• Adhere to safety policies and comply with regulations
• Support other operational tasks as needed
