O’Rourke Clips LLC is a locally-family-owned organization of 7 salons in New Hampshire and has been in business since 2011. We are growing into one of the largest, most established salon organizations in the area operating as Great Clips-the national trusted name in family hair care.

Stylists earn an income from a variety of sources including a minimum base wage starting @ $14 or more, daily tips & commissions, plus incentives averaging $25-$35+ per hour plus 401K w/company match, vacation & holiday pay

** Hair Stylist/Barber Qualifications:**

• Cosmetology and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
• The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts
• The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don’t worry, training is provided)
• The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe
