O’Rourke Clips LLC is a family-owned organization that operates 7 salons in NH, proudly representing Great Clips. As we continue to grow, we aim to become one of the largest and most respected salon groups in the area. As a salon manager, you will have multiple income sources, including a base pay, commissions, and enhanced incentives. On average, our managers earn over $40 per hour.
