Job Opportunity: AVP Capital and RWA Oversight

We are looking for an AVP Capital and RWA Oversight to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of reported Capital and RWA actuals, as well as supporting the implementation of changes to enhance our oversight processes.

About Us:

The Capital and Risk-Weighted Assets (RWA) Actuals Review Team (“CRRT”) is a function within our Finance Chief Risk Office (CRO) that provides independent testing and monitoring of our capital and leverage ratio calculation and reporting process. We are a global team with dedicated teams in New York, Texas, and Mumbai.

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform reviews within the Capital and RWA Actuals Review Team
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of reported Capital and RWA actuals
• Proactively communicate testing progress and exceptions with management
• Support the implementation of changes to enhance our oversight processes
• Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders

Your Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in regulatory capital controllers or audit functions preferred
• Understanding of Basel RWA regulations
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial services industry
• Strong audit instincts and ability to challenge the status quo

Location: New York, NY

Salary Range: $109,120.00 - $163,680.00
