Position Purpose: Medicare Sales Representative

As a Medicare Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in providing access to health insurance and helping educate and assist Medicare individuals. Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying prospective enrollees and determining eligibility for the Advantage Medicare product
• Developing a presence in the local community to generate enrollments
• Conducting personalized appointments and home visits as needed to complete the enrollment process
• Marketing Advantage at various sites, such as hospitals, senior centers, and community events
• Assisting members in accessing healthcare, transportation, and other services
• Keeping informed about marketing guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Staying updated on competitive products and marketing practices
• Participating in telemarketing and outreach efforts
• Attending sales meetings, training programs, and special events
• Completing applications accurately and in a timely manner
• Providing reports and feedback on territory operations and market conditions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or equivalent experience
• Preferred bilingual proficiency in Spanish
• 1+ years of marketing, sales, or community relations experience, preferably in Medicare
• State Accident and Health Insurance Agent License
• Current state driver's license
• Specific language skills may be required by some plans

Pay Range: $45,600.00 - $77,600.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
