Job Title: Global HR Human Capital Risk Officer
Job Description:
As a Global HR Human Capital Risk Officer, you will be part of our global Human Resources team, providing strategic support to Citi's business leaders in over 96 countries. Your role will involve developing and implementing risk management frameworks to minimize losses and ensure compliance with regulations. You will assess risks, drive actions to address root causes, and work closely with senior stakeholders to manage Human Capital Risk processes. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and oversee the application of risk policies and governance processes to minimize losses and emerging risks.
- Assess and address root causes of Human Capital risk to prevent losses.
- Support the rollout of the Human Capital Risk framework, including enhancements and controls.
- Conduct regular Human Capital Risk assessments and report on relevant metrics.
- Act as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and team members.
- Resolve escalations from internal partners.
- Analyze Human Capital Key Risk Indicators to understand changes in the business environment.
- Communicate and escalate threshold breaches in Key Risk Indicators.
- Collaborate with other areas of Risk Management, Finance, and Compliance to ensure effective risk management.
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in risk and control, regulatory, audit, or compliance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working collaboratively across the organization.
- Proficiency in Fraud Awareness and Risk Management Operations, Information Security Standards, and Vendor/Outsourcing Management would be beneficial.
- Ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues and business partners.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management and reporting skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
Location: Tampa, Florida, United States
Salary Range: $100,430.00 - $150,650.00
