Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to provide Tier I and Tier II payroll, benefit, and human resource (HR) support. In this role, you will handle team member inquiries and work with internal partners to resolve issues. Strong customer service skills, knowledge of payroll, HR, and benefits, and familiarity with company processes are essential for success. Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide support and resolve team member inquiries on HR-related topics, aiming to resolve most cases on the first interaction. - Monitor and manage the support ticket system, ensuring timely assignment and response to issues. - Contribute to training and communication efforts to educate team members about internal processes, systems, and HR matters. - Process invoices and handle complex programs like tuition assistance and benefits enrollment. - Review and address audit and error reports, as well as correspondence from government agencies. - Collaborate effectively with internal and external customers, offering high-level customer service. - Provide insights and suggestions for process improvement and actively participate in projects. Education, Experience, and Requirements: - 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Benefits, Leave of Absence, or related roles. - High School Diploma or equivalent. Required Skills and Competencies: - Strong passion for delivering world-class customer service with attentiveness and responsiveness. - Preferred experience with Ceridian Dayforce. - Detail-oriented and efficient with a high degree of accuracy. - Excellent organizational skills and initiative for process improvements. - Experience with HR/IT ticket escalations (e.g., ServiceNow) is a plus.
