Position Purpose:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with large physician practices, IPAs, and Centene
• Educate providers and support provider practices on HEDIS measures and risk adjustment
• Provide education on proper medical record documentation and coding
• Resolve deficiencies to meet state and federal standards for HEDIS and documentation
• Support quality improvement interventions and audits for plan providers

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate provider practices and IPAs on HEDIS measures, medical record documentation, and coding
• Analyze and deliver performance data to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with provider facing teams to enhance provider performance
• Identify areas where Centene can provide support to specific practices
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with providers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in HEDIS record collection and risk adjustment (coding)
• Valid certification or license in a relevant field (CCS, LPN, LCSW, LMHC, LMSW, LMFT, LVN, RN, APRN, HCQM, CHP, CPHQ)

This position primarily involves remote work and may require up to 30% travel to provider offices.
