Job Opportunity: Global Reg W Governance Support

We are seeking an individual contributor to support the ongoing evolution of Global Reg W Governance, a role that exists in nearly all businesses and sectors. This role involves transactions or services between Bank chain entities and Corp chain entities. Our initiatives are firm-wide and encompass data analytics and reporting, strategic initiatives/process reengineering, and cross-business programs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct strategic and operational quantitative analysis and reporting of complex data sets
• Develop data-driven solutions and manage end-to-end communication with team, partners, and managers
• Identify and remediate data quality issues through data flows
• Demonstrate strong data governance practices through data quality controls
• Identify and implement new technology and software tools to enhance analytic capabilities and improve project or information management
• Effectively deal with ambiguities of complex challenges with a flexible, positive, and mature mindset
• Continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Reg W data management, controls, and reporting processes

Qualifications:

• Track record of exceptional performance
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) with extensive experience using Excel for data analysis
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration
• Ability to take initiative and work independently when needed
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in teams involved in highly complex and critical projects
• Exceptional organizational, research, and analytical skills
• Experience in developing documentation aligned with regulatory standards and audit requirements

Skill requirements:

• Builds strong client relationships and demonstrates diplomacy
• Comprehensive understanding of key clients, subjects, and priorities
• Provides well-reasoned, balanced assessments of issues and questions in a timely fashion
• Strong process and project management skills with attention to detail
• Thinks strategically and communicates concepts clearly

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related quantitative fields required
• Master's degree preferred

Technical Skills Required:

• Tableau, Python, SQL, Compliance, Controls Framework, and Risk analysis
