ON DEMAND TEAM MEMBER

As an On-Demand TM, you have the flexibility to work as much or as little as you like. Your schedule may vary based on shift availability and store needs. This role allows you to personalize your work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you will have the opportunity to create your own schedule. You can pick up shifts posted by leaders or other team members using our myTime mobile scheduling app. We require your active engagement by picking up and working shifts as well as responding to our attempts to contact you.

Regular attendance is necessary, and you must work at least one shift within 6 months to maintain your employment.

If you are offered a position as an On-Demand TM, you will attend a Target Welcome orientation and commit to a short-term structured training schedule to prepare for your role. After that, you can use the myTime mobile scheduling app to pick up the shifts you want to work.

SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT

As a Guest Advocate at Target, you will provide a welcoming and inclusive experience for our guests. You will exceed guest service expectations by interacting with guests, solving concerns, and making their day better. Your responsibilities may include:

• Observing and understanding guest needs
• Being knowledgeable about products and services to improve the guest experience
• Thanking guests sincerely and making them feel valued for choosing Target
• Ensuring efficient and accurate scanning and bagging of items
• Assisting guests with returns and promoting the Target RedCard
• Promoting and explaining various benefits and offerings
• Supporting fulfillment services such as Order Pick Up and Drive Up
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Working safely and complying with all policies and procedures
