As an On-Demand TM (Team Member), you have the flexibility to work as much or as little as you like. You can create your own schedule by picking up shifts that work best for you through our myTime mobile scheduling app.

Please actively engage by picking up and working shifts and responding to our attempts to contact you. Regular attendance is necessary, and you must work at least one shift within 6 months.

If offered a position, you will attend a Target Welcome orientation and receive structured training before using the myTime app to pick up shifts.

All About Service & Engagement

As a Guest Advocate, you will provide exceptional guest service, exceed expectations, and make the shopping experience effortless and seamless for guests. Some of your responsibilities may include:

• Welcoming and greeting guests
• Understanding and addressing guest needs
• Assisting with checkout and bagging
• Promoting and selling products and services
• Assisting with returns and resolving guest concerns
• Maintaining a clean work area
• Following safety policies and procedures
• Supporting order pick-up and drive-up services
• Performing other duties as required
