ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

As an On-Demand Team Member, you can create your own schedule and work as much or as little as you like. This role is perfect if you need flexibility in your work schedule. You will have the chance to pick up shifts that best fit your availability through our myTime mobile scheduling app.

• You will not be included on the weekly schedule but can choose shifts posted by leaders or other team members.
• We require active engagement by picking up and working shifts and responding to our attempts at contact.
• We will contact you throughout the year to confirm your availability and interest in working at Target. If we don't receive a response, your employment with Target will be terminated.
• Regular attendance is necessary, and you must work at least one shift within 6 months or your employment will be terminated.

When hired as an On-Demand Team Member, you will attend a Target Welcome orientation and receive training to prepare you for your new role. After that, you can pick up shifts through the myTime mobile scheduling app.

ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT

We are looking for Guest Advocates who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for our guests. You will greet, assist, and engage with guests to meet their specific needs. Some of your responsibilities may include:

• Creating a welcoming experience for all guests by greeting them authentically.
• Observing guests to understand if they need assistance and tailoring your approach accordingly.
• Being knowledgeable about our store's products and services to assist guests and improve their experience.
• Promoting and selling benefits, offerings, and services to guests.
• Thanking guests and letting them know we appreciate their choice to shop at Target.
• Scanning and bagging items efficiently and following safety standards.
• Providing information about current and upcoming promotions, activities, and events.
• Assisting guests with returns and following Target's policies and procedures.
• Delivering easy and seamless service to guests through Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry services.
• Maintaining a clean work area and stocking supplies while being available for our guests.
• Promoting a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
• Supporting guest services such as order pick up and drive-up while following all applicable laws.
• Performing any other duties as needed.

• You must be able to handle cash transactions accurately.
• You should be able to lift and move merchandise, sometimes up to 40 pounds.
• We require a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• As an On-Demand Team Member, you must actively engage by picking up and working shifts through the myTime mobile app. Failure to respond to our communication attempts or not working at least one shift within 6 months may result in termination of employment.
